We established our processes early on; building lasting relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring we have the expertise and industry knowledge to succeed and combining efficiency with integrity to achieve the best results for all parties. We have operations around the world, including Africa, USA, Australia and the Middle East, with our headquarters in Manchester, UK. Despite a tough economy, Kintec has continued to develop and push forward – thanks largely to our excellent team and their ability to source the best candidates for every project. Kintec was named the fastest growing technical recruitment business in the UK for 2013, which is another testament to the dedication of services our team delivers on a daily basis. We go beyond office hours for our candidates and clients to exceed all expectations, and this has seen clients such as Shell, Exxonmobil, Repsol, BG Group, Maersk, GSK, Saudi Aramco, INEOS, Jacobs Engineering, MWH, Bechtel and Amec work with us. Kintec is constantly growing and developing, but we haven’t forgotten our roots. Our processes and approach have helped us to reach this stage and with a network of offices around the world already, we have plans to open more as the need for technical specialists within our market areas increases around the world.
