An Egyptian Joint Stock company specialized in the production of quality lightweight flint, green and amber glass containers for a variety of consumer and pharmaceutical products. MGM was established in 2004 under law 8 of 1997 with authorized licensed capital of L.E 500 million and issued capital of L.E 50 million. In the same year, MGM purchased the fixed assets of El–Nasr Glass Company at Mostorod, which was sold as part of Egypt’s privatization program. Combining experienced employees in El Nasr transferred to MGM after acquisition with state-of-the art equipment in glass forming and ampoule manufacturing technology as well as international technical know-how transfer, the company is set to achieve great success in the local and international markets
