Al Khudair Trading and Contracting is a Saudi National Establishment, founded by Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Saleh Al Khudair in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in 1389-H corresponding 1969-Hwith a capital of SR 90,000,000 Million. It is one of the leading Establishments and has a large administrative and technical staff and large equipment and machineries that enables the Establishment to receive and execute large projects and become one of the Establishment that the Government used to execute its own work, has been successfully and fully implemented to the fullest and its projects has been characterized by the quality of work and speed of completion in its filed. The Establishment has received letters of thanks from many Governmental authorities to pay tribute to the Establishment and its achievements which opened door to take over other important and critical governmental projects in the Kingdom. The Establishment is comprised of several branches scattered all over the Kingdom to further enhance its strategic position as a Leading Establishment in the field of contracting. The Company has been classified under second grade for roads projects and third grade for buildings and dams' construction. Projects have continuously grown over time, significantly, on the creation of several main roads in the Kingdom. In its endeavor to keep abreast of developments and changes in the work environment, the Establishment established strategic business alliances. As a result, the Establishment is now proud to be the sole distributor/applicator for Spray Lock International Company for concrete Protection and remediation in KSA & UAE. The Establishment grants great care and interest to its new activity and gives it the priority of care and works to make the product the first product in the field of concrete protection and remediation in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and the Gulf States.
