    الوظائف

    Handling multifaceted clerical tasks to support Operations Department.- Sales monitoring activities.- Monitor and update sales activity. - Job Order status report monitoring through proper coordination with other departments.- Mainly assist Sales department. - Develop innovative procedures to easily monitor sales activities and results. • Responsible for monitoring, planning and scheduling, and encourages team buildings instead individuality in Sales Department to ensure we provide unsurpassed services to our valued clients. - Collect and evaluate sales agents reports and provide summaries.- Monitor the results, if we provide clear understanding and represents the company products in behalf of the management.- Ensures that quality results are met (e.g. delivery schedule, complete and undamaged items, manuals for installations, etc.)- Monitor Schedules for Operation & Manual training and any other related training that we provide to the client. • Providing weekly and monthly activities and sales reports
