Qistas was established in 2010 and it reflects the conviction that the deepening of knowledge of the laws and raise awareness of its provisions in the Arab world, one of the requirements of justice and the rule of law and to meet the urgent need for a mechanism modern and advanced search cope with the reality of the legislative environment and its challenges. Thus, based team has sought to Qistas of Jurists and technicians from the beginning to develop a legislative reference is unprecedented in terms of comprehensiveness of content and update speed coupled with intelligent search mechanism and effective not only to provide information but urges learning and diligence. And with that we have sought from the outset because Qistas meets the needs of advanced research for all jurists from judges, lawyers, students and academics to contribute to occupational segregation, but we are also keen on ease of use and variety of search options so for all user whether in the public sector or the business sector and that our commitment to promoting a culture of legal empowerment through the dissemination of awareness and knowledge of the latest development of legislation and its requirements. Qistas Jordan was the starting point, followed by Qistas UAE and Qatar, soon we launch Qistas Palestine and Qistas Iraq, as part of a future vision that seeks to make Qistas the only approved and documented Arab legislation reference in the world and achieve our mission to contribute to supplement the empowerment, excellence and diligence in legal knowledge in furtherance of justice and the rule of law.
