Reem Emirates Aluminum (REA) was formed in May 2006, to service the up & coming demand in architectural finishes and metal works of the city of Abu Dhabi. REA is built in an 80,000 sq. meter complex, is the largest in the UAE. The factory boasts of using the latest of technologies including logikal software allowing repeatable estimations, production plans, and interfaces for all commonly used data formats from production and subsequent processing. The 20,000 sq meter aluminum curtain wall factory specializes in custom-built architectural cladding elements with particular emphasis on designing and manufacturing unitized curtain wall panels. To enhance the aluminum factory and to ensure continuity of supply, REA has built a 12,000 sq meter state-of-the-art glass processing factory that will house the latest high tech glass equipment from Lisec, Tamglass and Glaston Technologies.
