    الوظائف

    I.Marketing Activities: · Managing & enter the marketing data in details thru the Budgetary System & follow up the approvals. · Ordering & purchasing the marketing materials &/or Gimmicks (quotations, settled invoices of marketing, arrange payment…etc) ·Preparing & arrangement for the marketing material for any symposium, AV activities, group meeting…etc · Samples distribution & controlling   II.Sales Activities: · Sales reports for each company, line, sector (PVT &Inst.) · Sales forecasting & budgeting · Arranging Customers Deals, discounts, free goods..etc  III.Administration Activities: ·Arrange booking of air tickets & hotel accommodations for both of staff & clients ·Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls · Receive and direct visitors and clients · General clerical duties including photocopying, fax andmailing · Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system · Retrieve documents from filing system · Handle requests for information and data · Resolve administrative problems and inquiries · Prepare written responses to routine enquiries · Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails · Managing clerical or other administrative staff  IV.Secretarial Activities: · Issuing letters (for expiry, Guaranteed letters, deals, speakers, PPT, …etc) · Managing expenses (traveling, marketing, sales , covering sheets) · Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for managers or supervisors · Prepare agendas for meetings and prepare schedules · Record, compile, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings · Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence · Maintain office supply inventories · Coordinate maintenance of office equipment · Coordinate and maintain records for staff, telephones, parking and petty cash · Management of office equipment.

    Meet the education manager in order to have a clear plan for the salon training for salon team. Execute the events and Seminars. Prepare monthly agenda for demonstration & training of existing and new customers. Conduct market visit to customers to obtain their feedback. Report the feedback of salon training to education manager, & customer concerns. Follow up KPI as per plan. Propose the education trips internationally for Customers with align with education manager & sales manager. Facilitate training Sessions & Communication with Trainers in salon. Planning of Seminar and Events – leading the event and connecting all involved parties Report the open training centre ideas to direct manager for feedback. Report the data or fact book for all salon visits. Meet the education manager in order to have a clear plan for the salon training for salon team. Execute the events and Seminars. It is supporting & educating trainers for salon customer trainers during salon activities to enable sales team to achieve the sales target and increase the IMS ( In Market Sales ) via convincing the customer of the product though practical demonstration of the product.
