Our client, a leading multinational company in the packaging industry, is currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Account Receivables Accountant - French Speaker to join their Shared Services team. As an Account Receivables Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records. Responsibilities:
Process invoices, matching them against purchase orders and verifying accuracy
Prepare payment requests and ensure timely payments to vendors
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
Maintain accurate records and documentation of financial transactions
Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders in a professional and timely manner
Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
Contribute to process improvement initiatives
