Position Overview


We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Manager to provide administrative support to our Leadership Team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. As the Admin Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Leadership Team by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling various administrative tasks.


What you’ll be doing


  • Manage the calendars and schedules of the Leadership Team, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and special events, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and arranging logistics.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including executives, clients, and business partners.
  • Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail, and respond or escalate as necessary.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents on behalf of the Leadership Team.
  • Conduct research, gather information, and compile data as requested by the Leadership Team.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned, providing support with planning, coordination, and execution.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information and matters related to the Leadership Team.
  • Anticipate the needs of the Leadership Team and proactively address issues or concerns to ensure their effectiveness and productivity.
  • Collaborate with other administrative staff and departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication across the organization.
