Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and implement an automation strategy in alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Identify opportunities for process automation and work closely with stakeholders to develop automation solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design automation solutions, and ensure successful implementation.
Evaluate and select automation tools and technologies to support business needs.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts, workflows, and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Monitor automation systems, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary updates and enhancements.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to automation systems.
Provide training and support to employees on automation tools and processes.
Track and report on key performance indicators related to automation projects and initiatives.
Lead and mentor automation team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS
At least 3 years of experience as an Automation Manager.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Automation Testing.
Strong technical skills in automation tools and technologies such as Selenium and Appium.
Proven experience in automation development and management.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for automation and improve processes.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to automation systems.
