Collaborate with the product manager and technical team to define and prioritise project requirements.
Conduct detailed business analysis to gather and document client needs and objectives.
Develop and refine user stories and acceptance criteria to guide the product development process.
Facilitate communication between clients and the tech team to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and deliverables.
Design and implement efficient workflows, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
Analyse data and provide insights to support decision-making and improve product performance.
Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and products..
Assist in the development of project documentation, including business cases, reports, and presentations.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a software development environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
Proficiency in creating detailed user stories, workflows, and business process diagrams.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
