NOK Human Capital is hiring "Chief Technology Officer" for one of the well know Security & Mechanical Systems.
Job Description:
1. Manage an element of the organization's strategic planning
2. Communicate the actions needed to implement the function's strategy and business plan within the team
3. Track budgets and report variances to more senior colleagues.
4. Manage a portfolio of major projects in line with overall project management strategy
5. Provide operational support services and sometimes act as first-line supervisor of a transactional operations area.
6. Develops the strategy to achieve long-term business needs for a smaller, less complex businesses or a large, relatively autonomous subsidiary or a (group of) business(es) or strategic function
7. Represents the organization in relationship with investors, clients, the public and other relevant external relations specifically for a significant function or equivalent area of the business
8. Develop technical aspects of the companys strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals
9. Identify the best available technologies and lead development and industrialization of the new products
10. Create design guidelines to streamline the design process by standardizing details with high levels of design efficiencies, cost management awareness of future products for team to follow
11. Organize and monitor all technical activities for various projects and ensure compliance to all objectives and prepare appropriate budgets and coordinate with various staff to ensure customer satisfaction
12. Monitor all equipment and tools and complete all projects within required timeframe and ensure optimal quality standards for same and monitor efficient working of multiple projects.
13. Determine all design philosophy and ensure consistency for same on projects and participate in various events to maintain knowledge on latest technologies and investment.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelors degree in Engineering
2. 15+ years of experience in Technology
3. Competencies required: cultivates innovation, decision quality, accountability, optimization, strategic mindset
