The Role We’re looking for great client support specialists to join our growing care team. You have to be very proactive in this role with the ability to solve problems on the spot and think outside the box. + ✅Full-time Contract

We are looking for:
+ Experience in a Client Support or similar role
+ Familiarity with our industry is a plus
+ Experience using the help desk and support tools
+ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
+ Patience when handling tough cases
+ Multi-tasking abilities
