The Compensation & Benefits Specialist will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of payroll processing, administration, and managing compensation and benefits programs. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a strong understanding of payroll and compensation regulations in Egypt, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities:



Manage end-to-end payroll processing for team members in Egypt, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations. Stay updated on changes to payroll laws and regulations in Egypt and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation. Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to payroll and benefits. Prepare and submit payroll reports to management as needed. Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with company goals. Support VP HR to conduct compensation benchmarking and analysis to ensure market competitiveness. Support in managing the annual salary review process and performance-based increment programs. Develop and manage the departmental budget, including forecasting expenses and tracking spending. Collaborate with HRBP and other departments to ensure budgetary alignment for all company events and HR related costs.

Requirements:



Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in end to end payroll processing, administration, and compensation & benefits management, preferably in Egypt. Strong understanding of Egyptian labor laws, payroll regulations, and compensation practices. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations. Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office, especially Excel. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
