Overview The Commercial analyst PO1 – Ownership of the area of Commercial reporting package Discounts and allowances (D&A) analysis control, actual vs. budget vs. prior year analysis, preparation of the PO1 Commercial deck including all analysis and provide the management with analytical reports for decision making. Responsibilities Financial Reporting Prepare the D&A analysis report(s) for the whole BU channels. Prepare the revenue analysis reports for the whole BU channels. Provide the reporting team by the D&A and revenue as well the net revenue analyses (A27- top 10 customers,….) Provide the reporting team by all volume and D&A as well NR COC monthly- quarterly and annually. Support in preparation of the A&M and D&A Curve entry & calculation by providing the GR amounts for each company. Handle the 8oz and KGs entries in case of any variance in the conversion on the same month. Share the Royalty Net Sales with the intercompany team on a monthly basis. Ensure to review the total volume and total D&A on DAPLAR on a monthly basis. Handle the D&A COSO testing & reporting. Provide the Month end closing package (Cash Vs credit – on and off invoice analyses- PCE and ABC split for NR). Prepare the COC for P&L and BC and send it to the Analysis Team Performance Management reviews Leading on quarterly on commercial BSR and follow up for the commercial action points. Preparing on quarterly basis the management BSR slides and share it with the analyses team in time. Ensure the update, reliability and continues enhancements for the COPA/BI tool reports related to the D&A areas. Support the management requirements for the GR and D&A. Audit & Compliance Responsible for all OTC GCS process & reporting. Handle KPMG Requirements related to D&A and revenue. Planning and Forecasting Handle the GR and D&A with planning team and share the Volume Commentary. Handle the monthly review for the GR and volume as well D&A with commercial team (month Vs month) and with the planning ( actual Vs AOP). Provide the Required Adhoc analysis to the top management with timelines and accuracy. Special Projects Identify scope for process improvements and interventions from time to time to achieve process simplification /better controls / process standardization / accounting / outsourcing . Participate in developing new D&A processes, procedures, and mitigating controls for new business practices. Lead & partner with BIS to implement system enhancements of reporting . Qualifications 5+ years’ experience in commercial with 1 to 2 years analysis experience Leadership experience and capability. Solid understanding of business levers. Go-To-Person on Performance Metrics, Productivity Process and Best Practices around Metrics. Change management experience coupled with good analytical abilities Ability to work cross-functionally, cross-geographically and across multiple cultures Strong internal and external communicator, influencer, and negotiator. Ability to set and priorities short, mid and long term objectives. Bachelor of Accounting/Finance subject. Postgraduate qualification preferable. Partnering & influencing Senior stakeholder Operations cross functional interaction and alignment
