Job Description We are seeking a skilled Data Integration Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and integration solutions that support enterprise data platforms.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ETL/ELT development, data integration, and big data technologies, ensuring reliable, secure, and high-quality data processing across multiple systems.
Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines for data transformation, integration, and loading.
Develop and optimize ETL/ELT processes using Informatica BDM, SSIS, IDQ , and other integration tools.
Ensure data integrity, quality, and security through validation, monitoring, and error-handling mechanisms.
Optimize data workflows for performance, scalability, and reliability.
Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to support reporting and analytical requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues while ensuring high system availability.
Stay current with emerging data engineering technologies and implement best practices for continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
3–5 years of hands-on experience in Data Engineering or Data Integration.
Proven experience building scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT solutions.
Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and Java .
Experience with big data technologies such as Apache Spark and Hadoop .
Hands-on experience with ETL tools including Informatica BDM, SSIS, and IDQ .
Strong understanding of data integration, data quality, data governance, and performance optimization.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
