about the role
The Data Quality/Billing Analyst within the SITA Business Unit is responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the Order-To-Bill process are followed so that each service delivered to a SITA customer, or to SITA internally, is billed correctly by Orange Business. This responsibility is designed to guarantee that the billing provided to SITA fully meets SITA’s expectations and protects Orange Business revenue.
Responsibilities:
Investigate and correct all billing rejected for payment by SITA to ensure that wrongful billing is credited and the source of error is corrected. When investigation reveals rejection is unwarranted, responsible to provide thorough and adequate explanation to SITA to ensure reversal of rejection. Act as liaison between Billing, Ordering and Global Delivery and Operations and other teams as needed, to ensure timely and accurate data flow from ordering tools to operational configurations to billing repositories. Act as liaison between the SITA Business Unit and the Orange Ordering Service Desk to ensure orders are submitted and billed in a timely manner. Prepare various monthly reports for purposes of trend analysis with regard to Ordering billing, and Inventory and rejected invoices. Ad hoc duties to be determined as they arise in line with the Purpose of the role.

Bachelor’s degree 3 years telecom experience Excellent skill level in Excel and proficiency in manipulating large data sets Strong numerical and analytical skills and attention to detail High level of computer literacy Experience in Customer Service/Customer Care Ability to work independently, using analytical ability Fluent in English, both spoken and written Professional and diplomatic attitude
