About the Role
We are seeking a creative and versatile Digital Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating engaging and entertaining videos that blend comedy, educational content and storytelling. This role is primarily a scriptwriter who will also work with the creative team on developing original video concepts that resonate with our target audience.
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough research on various topics to create informative and entertaining content for digital platforms. Write scripts and content outlines for video projects. Collaborate with the production team to bring video concepts to life. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and audience preferences to maximize content effectiveness. Ensure all content adheres to the brand's tone, voice, and guidelines, maintaining a consistent and cohesive brand image across all digital channels for both DigiSay and the clients. Review and revise content for fact-checking, grammar, spelling, style, and tone. Implement best practices for search engine optimization (SEO) to enhance the visibility and ranking of digital content. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality. Collaborate with designers, marketers, and production team members to gather feedback, incorporate suggestions, and continuously improve content performance.
Requirements
2-3 years of proven experience as a Content Creator, preferably in a media or digital marketing agency setting. Strong command over the English language with excellent grammar, punctuation, and proofreading abilities. In-depth knowledge of digital platforms, including websites, social media, email marketing, and SEO best practices. Ability to think creatively, generate innovative ideas, and adapt writing style to different brands and target audiences. Meticulous in reviewing and editing copy for accuracy, clarity, and consistency. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure. Collaborative mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
