About the Role:     

The Director of People and Culture forms part of the Hotel Leadership team who collectively make key strategic and operational decisions for the Hotel.

What you will do:

Director of People & Culture is expected to direct and oversee all aspects of the Human Resources division including benefits administration, employee relations, recruitment and retention of staff, communication to staff, career development of staff, wage & hour compliance, training, workers’ compensation and legal matters related to hotel employees.

What you bring:

We are currently looking for Director of People & Culture with the below qualifications & experience:

• College education or equivalent experience
• Experience required by position is from three to five years of employment in the related position with Four Seasons or other organizations.
• Requires a working technical knowledge of Egyptian Labor laws.
• Working knowledge on-the- Job or through a series of professional certifications.
• Passion for People and Talent Management and knowledge of industry trends.
• Business Partner; strategic, strong business acumen, a catalyst for change and an employee champion.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills and are able to evidence professionalism and adaptability.
• Ability to contribute to key strategies and operational decisions for the hotel.
