Job Main Purpose:

The FGI Supply Planner is responsible for developing and executing the supply plan for a specific category of products. This includes working with demand planners, manufacturing, and logistics to ensure that there is enough inventory to meet customer demand, while also minimizing costs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of supply chain principles and be able to use data and analytics to make sound decisions.

Job Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the supply plan for across different categories
• Work with demand planners, manufacturing, and logistics to ensure that there is enough inventory to meet customer demand
• Minimize costs by optimizing inventory levels and transportation
• Track inventory levels and generate net requirements shipment plans
• Work as single point of contact to Sourcing Units
• Manage projects that impact the supply chain, such as new product launches
• Deliver required levels of customer service and are responsive to Market Changes and Brand Innovation
• Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices
• Track incoming shipments to ensure service consistency

Job Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering background
• 1 to 3 years of experience in similar / related role
• FMCG experience is preferred
• Strong analytical skills   
• Strong Communication skills
• Strong stakeholder management
• Familiar with SAP and/or Power BI is a great advantage
