Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical science or Medicine, a Master’s degree in business administration, or equivalents in marketing is a plus. Proven marketing experience of over 10 years in the pharmaceutical industry with proven experience in the Oncology field. Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at a global level. Strong leadership skills in managing senior levels and motivating cross-functional teams, both locally and globally. Experience in developing and implementing global marketing campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences. Ability to adapt marketing strategies to local markets while maintaining a consistent global brand identity.
