What you will do



Commercial Strategy:



Develop and implement PMF strategy. Create GTM plans. Design offerings and pricing strategies.

Growth Initiatives:



Generate leads through targeted marketing campaigns for schools and evening classes.

Sales Management:



Increase enrollments and drive revenue growth for schools and evening classes.

Experience Enhancement:



Architect the overall experience framework. Monitor and optimize performance to ensure exceptional service delivery.

Tasks:



1. GTM Strategy & Execution: Design and manage the go-to-market for Noon
Schools. Our positioning in the market - target segments, value
propositions, offerings, marketing strategy, and messaging.
2. User growth: Create and manage acquisition and engagement channels,
both digital and offline.
3. Sales: Manage a high performing and high empathy sales team both for
telesales and field sales.
4. User Experience: Build and manage user journeys that drive superior
learning and experience for students. Complete experience architecture
from acquisition, engagement to retention.
5. Marketing: Creative & communications that connect deeply with our target
segments of students, parents, government, and schools. To develop these
you will need to develop strong user insights combined with our GTM
strategy.

About you



1. High empathy. Has a natural talent for understanding people. Is skilled in
understanding and managing user behavior.
2. Language skills. Exceptional in Arabic and good in English. Exceptional
language skills and fluency involves a good understanding of context,
tenor, tone. Able to work with a primarily English speaking business and
tech team.
3. Data skills. Strong analyst skillset and numerical fluency.
4. Strategic mindset. Design and implement strategy in a hybrid context both
digital and in person.
5. Sales. Understanding of sales operations and ability to manage a strong
operational team.
6. Strategic communication design skill set. For managing the creatives both
copy and visuals.
Requirements
5+ years of experience
Ideally in technology startups in commercial, marketplace, growth, or user
experience roles.
