Job Purpose

The Global Transaction Services provides Cash management, Trade Finance , payments and receipts and supply chain finance.


The growth of Bank’s core Cash & Trade Management; Working with all LOB’s in structuring Trade Finance Solutions, Managing and Growing Bank’s clientele, assets and revenues.


Follow up the work flow, supervising and assisting GTS team to develop and maintain relationship with the clients.


Assist Head of GTS to drive Cash Management & Risk Mitigation Techniques, in order to achieve Business Objectives.




Key Accountabilities

1.Divisional Strategy: Contribute to divisional strategy through aligning activities with divisional strategy and business plans, keeping the top management fully informed of performance vs. business plans, and progress on other tasks based on regional marketing surveys.


2.Policy & Processes: Define and implement ABK-Egypt and divisional policies, processes and structures.


3.Corporate Governance: Ensure all divisional activities comply with corporate governance & regulatory or legal frameworks.


4.Risk Management: Identify, manage, mitigate and report on risk and potential risk in divisional activities


5.People Management: Develop, motivate and coach people in line with succession & career planning requirements and optimize organizational structures 


6.Build and Establish a GTS’s Business Model;


7.Develop Client-Calling, Business & Product Delivery Plan in close alignment with other bank’s LOBs.


8.Build a strong Client-Centric approach that generates substantial incremental income for the Bank,


9.Originate, structure and negotiate Structured Trade Finance transactions to develop structured TF products in line with business requirements at the same time mitigating bank risk;


10.Initiate & Engage in preparation of cash management requests for proposals (RFPs), and support the complex solutions to high-impact clients;


11.To make recommendations regarding Bank’s services and pricing whenever necessary.


12.To maintain an awareness of competitors’ products and pricing, including new trends and developments in the industry.


13.To ensure internal and statutory procedures are strictly followed in order to protect Bank’s interests and minimize internal or external auditors’ objections.




Education
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Certification/Experience


Experience

•Minimum Qualification – Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce or equivalent discipline


•Minimum Experience – 15+ Years, with specialized knowledge in Trade Finance and Cash Management
