An HR Business Partner is a professional who oversees HR operations, provides guidance to management, analyzes HR metrics,
resolves employee relations issues, and suggests HR strategies aligned with business goals. They act as consultants, aligning HR practices with business goals to support the organization’s success. The duties also include consulting with line and top management, improving work relationships, and suggesting HR strategies thus playing a crucial role in defining a consistently incentivized organizational culture. Our ideal candidate should have solid experience with HR practices and employee management. He/ he will also communicate with senior and executive management to express new ideas and suggest solutions. Ultimately, our HRBP should be able to act as a consultant on human resources management and organizational changes.
1. Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance.
2. Analyse trends and metrics with the HR department.
3. Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.
4. Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and
retention.
5. Provide HR policy guidance.
6. Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning.
7. Initiate L&D function, Reskilling and upskilling, and Identify training needs for teams and individuals in light with business
objectives.
8. Evaluate training programs.
9. Suggest new HR strategies and optimize existing ones.
10. Strategic workforce planning: ensure the company’s workforce has the right size, shape, cost, and agility for the future .
11. Succession planning: select and develop key talent to ensure there are talents to fill in critical roles.
12. Fully aware of employment laws and regulations, as well as other legal requirements regarding people management, to help
leaders ensure compliance.
13. Conducting day-to-day performance management guidance to line managers (for example mentoring, career planning,
coaching, etc.).
14. Helping line managers deal with organizational, people, and change-related issues.
15. Optimizing organizational design to increase productivity and improve performance of the business.
16. Implementing reward and recognition interventions to increase bottom-line results and employee engagement.
