IT Specialist

Job Objective:

IT Support monitors and maintains the company computer systems, installs and configures hardware and software, solves technical problems, and ensures the whole company runs smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
• Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
• Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
• Resolve technical problems withLAN, WAN, and other systems.
• Install computer peripherals for users.
• Follow up with customers to ensure the issue has been resolved.
• Installing and monitoring CCTV system.
• Visit vendors to purchase devices and IT tools.
• Visit technicians to maintain laptops and any IT devices.
