The Communication Services business line is responsible for marketing and designing unified communication products for our customers, anywhere in the world, and supporting them in building and operating their advanced communications and collaboration solutions. The candidate will join the "Collaboration and Customer eXperience Product Marketing" department covering Collaboration, International Voice and customers relationship management products.
You will be primarily responsible for designing, developing and managing the Business Talk product, in collaboration with other product managers.
The strategic objective is to accompany our customers in their cloud transformation. You will contribute to rolling-out local voice services in additional geographies faster, and integrating our voice services to Cloud Collaboration and Customer eXperience providers solutions, to keep our products relevant to our customers, sustain our competitiveness and EBITDA contribution.
English and French fluent. Good knowledge of the Telecommunications industry in a B2B and international environment: main players, disruptive technologies Prior experience in product management or technical product development role requiring business acumen. Expert knowledge on voice network services: SIP trunking, carrier interconnect models, voice telecom regulations and obligations (number portability, emergency services, etc). Demonstrated financial experience that can be applied to a P&L role, including but not limited to business case creation. International experience Experience working in project mode (steering and contributing) Agile product development experience is an advantage. Leadership capabilities, well organized, detail and customer oriented, results driven. Autonomy, organization, team spirit, transversal work Listening skills and ability to mobilize Rigor, strong ability to analyze, organize, and prioritize. Open-mindedness, versatility, adaptability Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability and willingness to work in an international and multicultural environment. Proven track record in working transversally across functions (Sales, Sourcing, Engineering, Operations, Legal & Regulatory). Taste for innovation and its transformation into business Based on data from corporate strategy, sales channels, Communication Services business line orientations, market and supplier data and customer studies, you define the evolution of the content of the offer and its market positioning. You carry out a market and economic studies, in-depth regulatory and carrier partner assessments, identifying an optimal business model to expand our service coverage in a selected geography, and propose business case. You define the digital customer journey to achieve an outstanding customer experience. You define the product roadmap and manage its implementation, alongside a project manager (TTM project) by driving the relevant stakeholders ensuring that you: You deliver the necessary product collaterals to support sales and operational support: customer presentation, tariff sheet, service availability matrix, customer journey, user guide, etc You interact with carrier partner providers (examples: Bandwidth, BICS) and contribute to managing the relationship. You ensure the competitive intelligence of major players, traditional carriers (e.g. Colt, Tata Communications, etc.) but also newer entrants (e.g. Pure IP) disrupting the market. You make forecasts and analyze financial and operational performance, and determine corrective actions to implement to achieve objectives. In particular, you are responsible for the profitability of the offer and work every day to improve it. You will work with internal collaborators (stakeholders in the production chain) and external partners whose actions you will ensure consistency with your product strategy. You contribute to the sales support provided by the business development teams within the sales zones and channels. You contribute to the optimization of pre-sales processes, the improvement of sales support tools as well as customer events with the Operational Marketing team. You contribute with the rest of the team to marketing workshops and market monitoring activities, evolution of the range strategy and transversal actions.
