About the role We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented caliber to join our fast-growing team. As a Marketplace senior Manager, you will play a crucial role in allocating cars and optimizing sales strategies based on data-driven insights and targets.you will work closely with strategy and planning team and other stakeholders to maximize sales, revenues and profitability Who you are
+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance , or a related field.
+ 8+ years of proven experience in commercial planning, strategic planning, or a similar role.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
+ Excellent understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
+ Proficient in market research techniques, data analysis, and forecasting.
+ Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex information to stakeholders.
+ Proficiency in using Microsoft office.
+ Experience in working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
