- Responsible for all daily mechanical Maintenance Operations.
- Define mechanical maintenance budget according strategies and objectives.
- Ensure IMS system is implemented and effective in maintenance Operations.
- Define the process improvement objectives and related strategies.
- Manage and develop maintenance technicians.
- Ensure that the warehousing is effective to fulfil maintenance planning needs by reviewing and updating spare parts availability.
- Plan and implement the preventive maintenance plans.
- Manage breakdown and emergency cases, in terms of availability and Mean Time to Repair.
- Troubleshooting of equipment failures.
- Support the Procurement team in technical discussions to ensure spare parts availability.
- Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering.
- 5 - 7 years of Maintenance and Installations work experience.
- Fluent in English language.
- Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance methodologies.
- Understanding of process safety and HSE aspects (hazards, barriers, tools and methods, human factors).
- Technical understanding of gas physics and production processes is must.
- Strong experience in rotating equipment maintenance: pumps, compressors..
- Project Management.
- Troubleshooting analysis skills.
- Driving license is a must.
