Microsoft Modern Workplace Consultant

This role is open at one of our partners in Cairo, Egypt.

The Microsoft Modernized Endpoint Management Consultant is an expert who delivers client initiatives for endpoint and workspace solutions (on-premises, cloud, and hybrid) within our EMEA Workforce team. This includes billable consulting services, solution design, deployment, and facilitating the adoption of Microsoft technology solutions. The Consultant is a technical, client-facing role (on-site or remotely) who is accountable for solution implementation.

He or she is to work in conjunction with Presales, Solution Architects, etc. teams and reporting to the Practice Lead, the Consultant fulfills the client engagement delivery and design documentation, as well as implementation deliverables. The successful candidate is a resource who will have experience in a diverse of client implementation roles, participating in design discussions with technical leaders, as well as internal teams as well as delivery qualifying Persona Assessment / ACM – Adoption and Change Management workshops.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Experience in Windows desktop deployment and management.
• Design, implement, and manage Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager / System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
• Deployment and administration of Microsoft Endpoint Management (SCCM, Intune) and Analytics (Desktop Analytics, App Health)
• Intune and MCM Co-Management design and deployment.
• PC based deployment solutions such as Autopilot, In Place Upgrades, Microsoft Deployment Toolkit.
• Create technical documents, knowledge articles and SOP's and other deliverables.
• Upgrades and Servicing Mobile Device Management using Microsoft Intune
• Endpoint Security including Conditional Access, Windows Defender ATP, Microsoft BitLocker, etc.
• Deliver scoping and qualifying assessment workshops such as Persona Assessment, ACM, Microsoft Build Intent workshops.
