Job Summary:
As an Operations Team Leader, you will be responsible for:
Setting KPIs for the operations team and working on improving the team performance. Creating SOPs and enhancing team structure. Monitoring retailers’ performance and work on enhancing their productivity. Handling daily retailers’ operations issues and making sure the workflow is smooth. Retaining our retailers and reducing churn rate. Collaborating with the acquisition team to close the delivery gaps and increase retailers’ coverage and retailers share. Increasing team productivity and the ability of every team member to handle more retailers. Focusing on the team budget and costs.
What we look for:
3-4 years of experience in vendor management or courier management Excellent English Excellent Communication Skills Leadership Skills Organizational and time-management skills* Males only
