Responsible for supporting & assisting in the preparation of the long-term planning, annual planning and monthly tracking, as well as day to day project tracking tasks.
The Project Scheduler works closely with Project Manager(s) to create a comprehensive action plan concerning resources, budgets, and timeframes for projects. Project Scheduler performs various duties such as scheduling and risk management with a high level of communication.

On-time Project scheduling data monitoring.
On-time reports
Reports accuracy
Dashboards and Reporting development.
Facilitate and lead interactive project planning sessions with project managers
Develop, coordinate and maintain multiple project schedules
Analyze schedule information and provide project teams with recommended corrective action to ensure projects meet required Giza systems’ standards
Provide reporting as required and represent project controls within the project management team
Participate in weekly and monthly meetings to ensure project changes and variances are addressed
Monitor and control schedule for all projects
Work closely with Project Manager to create a comprehensive action plan concerning resources, budgets, and timeframes for projects
Track, audit, and report project schedules on EPM platform
Track progress of projects on EPM platform and communicate any changes or timeline delays
Establishes project work plan and calendar or schedules; monitors, reviews, and evaluates progress
Work with the PMO Manager and Quality control Project management in defining and updating the project management processes, standards and governance,
Supervise and ensure that process improvement sessions for improving internal project processes are implemented periodically.
Assist with the preparation and consolidation of relevant project schedule templates. Including annual and monthly planning and tracking schedules.
Assist in developing, implementing, and complying with the planning and progress monitoring procedure.
Explain and train different stakeholders on how to use, generate and manage standard project schedule templates that are used for identifying the projects’ health and performance to date.
Use examples from current and past projects to identify best practice.
Encourage and facilitate open discussion in order that any difficulties or challenges are identified and addressed in a timely manner
Share knowledge from lessons learnt with other PM family team members.
