• Analyze & Report the Operational performance concerning the applied changes by technical teams to ensure accurate and consistent service delivery to the customers.
• Evaluate service performance concerning the Quality of Service offered through all channels.
• Provide clear insight into performance drivers which impact performance.
• Give recommendations for process improvements based on the customer experience & feedback.
• Hold calibrations and meetings with managerial and non-managerial level teams to find common ground and sustain system stability.
• Design the quality rules and guidelines to achieve the highest performances.
• Compile and track performance for teams and individual levels.
• Conduct presentation & business simulation with new hires.

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
• 1-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Data Analysis, Quality Control [E-payment field is preferred].
• Excellent Communication & presentation skills
• Skillful in Data Analysis & Reporting tools is preferred [Ex: MS Excel & Power BI]
