Raya Auto; one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring a Receptionist
What will you do?
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring a friendly and professional demeanor.
Answer incoming calls, route them to the appropriate individuals, and take messages accurately.
Take the responsibility of general facility procurement not production related furniture, stationary, and kitchen supplies…etc. to optimize delivery and cost saving.
Responsible for facilitating the employee admin related requirements to meet employee satisfaction.
Develop and implement a facility management program including preventive maintenance life cycle requirement to avoid any unexpected facility inoperative.
Reviews all facility related payments to ensure better premises cleanliness, transportation & Services equipment’s (Coffee machines, water machines, etc.)
Supervises the catering company’s activities to ensure the quality level of the services & products.
Handles all the premises contracts (maintenance contracts, supplying contracts and rent contracts) to ensure proper sourcing & negotiation with suppliers till issuing the contract itself in coordination with the legal department.
What will you need?
2-3 years of experience in administrative field, Females are preferable
Bachelor degree in any related field
