Research Manager – Consumer Insights

Responsibilities

• Fully responsible for managing several FMCG key accounts
• Responsible for the end to end research cycle from client briefing to report delivery
• Design proposals based on understanding of client needs
• Develop Nielsen business with new and existing clients
• Designs research instruments using different tools according to research methodology
• Co-ordinates the execution of projects and handles other departments responsible of the data collection and processing.
• Co-operating with other research executives and trainees who will assist on the various stages of the project
• Handles complicated client queries or complaints
• Works on the analysis and interpretation of results, provides feedback to clients and writes reports and recommendations
• Present final reports to client stakeholders
• Help in organizing interactive workshops with clients Provides advice and consultation to clients and staff
• Responsible for the clients’ revenue & collection cycles in coordination with the finance department
• Responsible for coaching junior associates

Qualifications:

1. University degree in Marketing, Economics or related field
2. 3-5 years experience in Marketing Research
3. Strong analytical mind
4. Very good knowledge on advanced analysis, methods, and tools
5. Excellent numerical skills
6. Good organisational skills, and strong people management skills
7. Very good interpersonal skills
8. Strong business acumen and financial knowledge
9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
10. Excellent presentation skills
11. Fluency in English
12. Computer Literate
13. Expertise in servicing customers and in-depth knowledge on CR methods, analysis and techniques
14. FMCG experience is preferred
