The role supports the Operational Excellence and Performance Management function within Group Operations by providing analytical, reporting, dashboarding, and project coordination support. The job holder will help track operational KPIs, prepare management reports and presentations, support performance reviews, and coordinate with stakeholders to drive action closure across programs and initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing and maintaining operational performance reports, dashboards, MIS, and progress trackers.
• Developing new reports aligned to business requirements.
• Analyzing key indicators and translating data into actionable insights and improvement recommendations.
• Supporting data quality issue identification and remediation.
• Tracking project milestones, actions, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders and geographies.
• Preparing executive-ready PowerPoint presentations and visual reporting packs.
• Supporting Operational Excellence projects and performance management reviews.

The role requires strong capability in Advanced Excel, Power BI, SQL, data visualization, KPI tracking, performance reporting, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate should have 2–4 years of experience in operations analytics, performance management, or reporting, with strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, ownership, and communication skills.
Overall, this position is designed for a data-driven analyst who can support operational governance, improve reporting quality, and help convert performance data into meaningful business insights for management decision-making.
