Senior BI Analyst

Objective:

Responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of data-related systems and processes within the organization.

What you'll do!

• Gather, review, and analyze the business requirements for data projects, reports, and dashboards from the customer and stakeholders
  
• Design, develop, implement, and maintain reports and dashboards
  
• Design, develop, test, implement, troubleshoot, and document scalable ETL jobs
  
• Design, model, and implement data models for databases and data warehouses
  
• Develop and execute SQL database queries, Enhance performance, Query optimization, database tuning
  
• Audit quality assurance data and processes to ensure data quality and integrity throughout the data systems
  
• Perform descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analysis on the data
  

What should you have?

• Bachelor of Computer Science or any relevant
  
• 4 to 7 years’ experience
  
• Familiarity with ETL tools (e.g., IBM DataStage, Talend, Informatica) and data integration technologies is desirable
  
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  
• Solid understanding of data engineering principles, data modeling, and database design
  
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts, data integration patterns, and batch and real-time data processing
  
• Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, Java)
  
• Familiarity with advanced analytics techniques (e.g., machine learning, statistical modeling) is beneficial
  
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
  
• Familiarity with Data Management Domains (e.g., Data Quality, Metadata, Data Lineage, Data Governance, Data Profiling) is desirable
  
• Banking and Financial Services Domain is preferred
