Objective:Providing technical
support and assistance to end-users who are experiencing issues with their
computer hardware, software, or other IT-related problems.What you'll do!
Installing and configuring
computer hardware operating systems, applications, and other IT equipment
Troubleshooting system and network
problems and diagnosing and solving hardware and software faults
Troubleshooting and
resolving basic network and server access problems for end-users
Performing software and
basic internet troubleshooting, diagnostics, installation, and resolution
Following company policy
and working on all requests sent from the business units
Installation,
configuration, and maintenance of (Windows servers, Backup, Mail admin,
Firewalls) system network components
Improving LAN and WAN network
environment including routers, firewalls, Internet access, and software
applications
Configuring software
applications and operating systems, ensuring compatibility and compliance with
company standards
What you should have!
Bachelor's degree in computer science
or any related field
4
to 6 years’ experience
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve
technical issues promptly
Technical knowledge of computers
hardware, software, and operating systems
Proficiency with the help desk
Proficiency in IT service management principles and practices
Windows & Linux admin hard-working and knowledgeable
