Raya Foods; one of Raya’s subsidiaries, is hiring a Legal Manager

What will you do?

• Develop and maintain comprehensive quality management systems along the production process to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and customer requirements.
• Establish and enforce quality control procedures and guidelines for incoming raw materials, packing materials, production processes, and finished products.
• Manage and oversee submitted customer complaints related to the product’s quality along with evaluating potential solutions.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to establish and maintain quality requirements for suppliers and vendors.
• Work closely with the Commercial, Value chain operations, Warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee the implementation for the preventive measures and corrective actions to minimize product defects, contamination, and deviations from quality control standards.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, waste reduction, and quality enhancement
• Oversee the submitted analysis regarding product shelf-life test results.
• Develop and monitor the budget for quality control activities, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.
• Develop and deliver training programs about Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality control procedures for all product handling employees.
• Lead and mentor a Quality control team providing guidance and performance feedback.
