A reputable Software Development company is now hiring for a Software Engineering (Back-end) Team Lead to join it's fast growing company! Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.
Managing the day-to-day activities of the team.
Responsible for the evaluation and development of initial engineering process.
Design, code, and troubleshoot new features, while debugging as necessary.
Work with front-end engineering team to integrate and produce a great and reliable user experience.
Act as a mentor to fellow Engineers, sharing knowledge and contributing to the team’s continued growth and improvement.
Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals.
Requirements:
BS in computer science or related field (master’s degree a strong plus).
6+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
Proven experience of team leadership.
Familiarity with back-end languages (PHP & .NET).
Strong understanding of algorithms and distributed systems.
Experience with Java is a plus.
Capability of prioritizing work and creating product & sprint schedules.
Very strong Interpersonal & management skills.
Strong organizational skills to give the team direction.
