The Position Involves:

• Overseeing all aspects of supply chain operations within the retail organization.
• Developing and executing strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance performance.
• Managing relationships with suppliers and negotiating contracts.
• Overseeing inventory planning, forecasting, and replenishment.
• Managing logistics and distribution activities.
• Evaluating and implementing supply chain technologies.
• Defining and monitoring key performance indicators.
• Identifying and mitigating risks within the supply chain.
• Leading and developing a high-performing supply chain team.

We are Looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
• A minimum of 15 years of proven experience in supply chain management.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in supply chain technologies and systems.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and regulations.
