Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People & Culture team. You will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent to support our company's growth.
Also will partner with the hiring managers to understand their talent needs, develop sourcing strategies, and manage the hiring process from start to finish.
+ 1-3 years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting, such as researching, sourcing, talent mapping and designing processes.
+ Understanding of Egypt employment laws, organizational structures, and salary trends.
+ Proactivity. You identify gaps and develop innovative hiring solutions that can help our organization and our management team scale a highly engaged and inclusive team
+ You leverage data to drive strategic hiring decisions and influence key stakeholders
+ People skills. You’re able to approach talent acquisition with innovative mindset, while building and managing internal and external partnerships
+ The ability to multitask, juggle a bunch of stuff at once but also, somehow manage to be super organized at the same time is key here
+ Experience in using an ATS. (Lever is a plus)
+ Excellent command of English in both writing and speaking.
