Overview of the role:
To act on behalf of the Landlord as his representative to coordinate and follow up the sold/leased business district offices handover and fit out.
Your responsibilities will include an onsite inspection of the provided community services.
Additionally, you will ensure efficient operational excellence within the business district, while also facilitating high-quality fit-out coordination for office tenant’s representative and coordinate units design, technical review for the MEP disciplines, and site fit-out works, to ensure these are compliant with the community rules/regulations and Tenant Guidelines Moreover, you will be entrusted with providing a high level of community services and ensuring customer satisfaction.
What you will do:
Coordinate handover process on-site including snagging/de-snagging for office units and ensuring the financial and legal clearance process is executed according to the sales/lease agreement. Review effectively and efficiently the tenant fit-out works on site including utility services energizing and units’ final inspection to ensure high standards of quality assurance. Ensure occupancy levels of tenants and owners in the business district are in line with approved percentages through:
+ Work closely with the RESICOM leasing team in receiving and attending on-site inspection/survey requested from tenants/owners and their consultants concerning unit specification and possible modification.
Providing site survey for preparing the electromechanical LODs for the new commercial accounts in Business district buildings.
On-site review for tenant variation requests (OVR&TVR) related to MEP works and providing site survey to check the availability of fulfilling the variation requests for the tenant as applicable.
Required Skills to be successful:
The required total experience for this position is 3 years with a real estate background.

BSc in Electrical Engineering Excellent English proficiency for transparent collaboration with stakeholders. Mastery of AutoCAD and proficiency in electrical calculations are essential skills
