  • Study & analyze the market and salary surveys to ensure total rewards programs are benchmarked against best practices.
  • Develop and implement the best fit salary structure & grading system to ensure achieving internal & external equity.
  • Review & develop all total reward ‘s SOPs to ensure alignment with both HR & company strategy and ensure smooth work operations continuously.
  • Lead  job evaluation processes and consultation with direct manager to ensure benchmark job map.
  • Create & develop all required data analysis reports, displayed in appropriate formats to be submitted to the direct manager efficiently.
  • Create, design & update the incentive schemes for all eligible positions to ensure aligning with the company's strategy. 
  • Support in the development of the benefits plan, make recommendations and identify the market best practices to enhance the benefits program in the company.
  • Develop frequent reports to be submitted to direct manager to reveal achieved versus planned objectives. 

Requirements
  • University degree in any field.
  • 6 - 8 years’ experience in (Total Rewards / compensation and benefits) at FinTech or technology Industries.
  • HR Diploma or its equivalent is preferable.
  • Excellent command of English language.
  • Very Good Data analysis and excellent follow up skills.
  • High Problem solving and Very Good communication skills.
