We’re looking for an E-Commerce Project Manager to join our regional e-commerce team, based in Budapest, and help drive the evolution of our Shopify-powered digital commerce platform across 9 Central and Eastern European markets.

Your Impact
You will help shape the future of one of Europe's largest Apple-focused e-commerce ecosystems, working on projects that directly impact millions of annual visitors and customers across multiple countries.
You'll work closely with country e-commerce managers, external partners, and business stakeholders to transform ideas into scalable digital solutions.

- The evolution of our Shopify-based e-commerce platform across 9 countries
- New customer-facing features and user experiences
- Complex integrations between Shopify, ERP, CRM, loyalty, payment, and marketing systems
- The efficiency of regional e-commerce operations
- The future digital roadmap of iSTYLE in Central and Eastern Europe
The Job
- Lead end-to-end delivery of e-commerce and digital transformation projects
- Partner with e-commerce managers across 9 countries to understand business needs and prioritize initiatives
- Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for developers and integration partners
- Coordinate project delivery from briefing and planning through testing, UAT, deployment, and post-launch support
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives
- Oversee the day-to-day operation and evolution of the middleware platform connecting Shopify with ERP, CRM, loyalty, payment, fulfillment, and other business systems
- Create documentation, user guides, and training materials for regional teams
- Identify opportunities for automation and optimization
- Contribute to the long-term digital commerce strategy of the organization
You
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Product Management, Business Analysis, or a similar digital/technical role
- Experience delivering digital, e-commerce, or software development projects
- Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with developers, agencies, and cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with modern project management methodologies and tools (Jira, Basecamp, Asana or similar)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
- Curious about technology and willing to dive into technical details when necessary
You don't need to be a developer, but you shouldn't be afraid to investigate APIs, understand data flows, and work with technical teams on REST and GraphQL-based integrations.
Bonus Points
- Experience with Shopify or other leading e-commerce platforms
- Familiarity with Shopify Admin GraphQL API
- Experience working with ERP, CRM, middleware, loyalty, or payment integrations
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Understanding of digital analytics and tracking ecosystems (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Merchant Center, Meta, or similar platforms)
