As an Information Development Engineer 4, you’ll play a crucial role in creating technical content that empowers users to deploy, configure, and maintain mission-critical computer networks. 1. Create Technical Content: Develop various types of technical content to assist users in utilizing our AI-driven product solution suite.
2. In-Product Content: Collaborate on creating and maintaining in-product content to enhance user experience.
3. User-Focused Guides: Produce user-focused guides, concise copy, and other deliverables.
4. Feature Understanding: Build and leverage cross-functional relationships to understand new features thoroughly.
5. Style and Process Adherence: Follow established style and process guidelines.
6. Content Curation: Assist with content curation and maintenance.

1. Technical Documentation Experience: Proven track record in developing topic-based technical documentation or UX content in a fast-paced, agile, and dynamic environment.
2. Technology Expertise: Demonstrated expertise with complex technologies, preferably in the networking industry (Wi-Fi, routing, switching, security, etc.).
3. User-Centric Approach: Ability to create comprehensive online content that guides customers through software and hardware installation, problem-solving, and effective usage.
4. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills; ability to make progress with less-than-complete information.
5. BA/BS in Computer Science, Communication, Journalism, English, or related degree, or applicable experience. 
6. 5 + years of relevant work experience
