Job Title: Data Architect – Azure & Databricks (Motor Fleet Insurance Domain) Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Data Architect with deep expertise in Azure and ADF, who can design and implement scalable data solutions, including data warehouses, lakehouses, and data pipelines. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data modeling (fact and dimension tables), data migration strategies, and hands-on knowledge of on-prem SQL warehouses (preferably Oracle PL/SQL). Domain expertise in Insurance is critical for this role to effectively align data architecture with business needs. Required Skills & Experience • 10+ years of experience in Data Architecture, Data Engineering, and Data Warehousing. • Strong expertise in Azure Data Platform (Azure Data Lake, Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, Databricks). • Data Modeling Expertise – Fact/Dimension tables, star and snowflake schemas. • Experience designing and implementing Lakehouse architectures and hybrid data platforms. • Strong in SQL and Oracle PL/SQL for legacy warehouse management. • Proven track record of large-scale data migration projects. • Domain expertise in Insurance (Motor Claims Risk Insurance, Policy, Claims, Underwriting data models). • Strong understanding of ETL/ELT frameworks, performance tuning, and best practices. • Familiarity with Power BI or other BI tools for reporting and analytics enablement. • Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Data Engineer, Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus
