Analyst, Recovery Operations

AXA XL has various projects underway regarding recoveries one of which is working with UK and EMEA Claims to manage outstanding deductibles. We are currently recruiting a Senior Analyst, Recovery Operations to complete the following tasks:


Historical data analysis & check the status of outstanding recoveries.


Missing recoveries – identify, track and chase for missing recoveries and contact Claims teams if any clarification required.


Validation & Data Extracts - once the missing recovery is received, ensuring that the data is mapped correctly and can be reported upon


The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing outstanding recoveries, documenting, and chasing for missing recoveries.


Requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbally, and be able to succinctly document output in a consistent high-quality manner. They should display a high attention to detail and be able to establish effective working relationships with business representatives both internal and external.

What will your essential responsibilities include?


·Analyze claims with outstanding recoveries.


·Issue remainders and contact external parties.


·Work with the external parties and EMEA Claims


·Track and monitor incoming recoveries, flagging gaps and discrepancies with EMEA Claims where appropriate.


·Escalate concerns to management as needed.


You will report to Deputy Manager.

·Advanced English and German skills.


·       Business engagement skills.


·Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


·Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.


·Outstanding working knowledge of Microsoft Office.


·Experience in debt collection and financial operations.


·An in-depth knowledge of commercial insurance is a plus.
