- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in application design and functionality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Siebel Environment Management.
- Strong knowledge of application lifecycle management and configuration techniques.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues within Oracle Siebel environments.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to integrate applications with other enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization of Siebel applications.
- Skilled in documenting technical specifications and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Siebel Environment Management.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
