Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain optimal performance.
- Document application designs and updates to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Functional Test Planning.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate application functionality and identify areas for improvement.
- Experience in designing test cases and test scenarios to ensure comprehensive coverage.
- Ability to work with development teams to integrate testing processes within the software development lifecycle.
- Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools to monitor and report testing progress.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Functional Test Planning.
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
