Mission Statement:
As Application Manager you manage applications from its initial planning, development through retirement (decommissioning). Is responsible for release management, operations and compliance management. Contributes to application portfolio and demand management.
Your Responsibilities:
Support the incubation of new applications into our application management team.
Ramp up services and user communication as well as start building user communities and knowledge sharing around your application portfolio.
Manage application from its initial planning, development through retirement (decommissioning).
Work with business and IT teams and manage all project requirements.
Ensure first class engagement and plan the strategic application development with our vendors.
Manage, plan, schedule and control an application or platform build through different stages (including testing and deploying) and environments.
Collaborate with architects, quality testers, application specialist to achieve quality deliverables.
Consider and manage IT controls, regulatory and legal requirements while designing, delivering and running platforms, applications and services.
Support in management, tracking and reporting of software licenses.

Your Background:
Bachelor’s degree in information systems, electrical or mechanical engineering
3-8 years of experience in Applications Management and Service Delivery in multinational companies.
Experience and ability to work with virtual delivery teams as well as distributed stakeholders.
Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
